Here is how to perform a Mail Merge using a supplemental Account running on Windows. This is also useful as the recipients might not recognize or be expecting an email from you but they do recognize the supplemental account.

At times it is useful to be able to send email using the Mail Merge feature from a supplemental account so that replies go to the supplemental account instead of to your personal account. Many iSchool staff have supplemental/additional accounts in Outlook.
